7-Day Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at Support@JB-Jewelry.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and the return shipping address.
- Pack the item securely in the original packaging and include the return authorization number.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.
